How do I import contacts?
Bulk CSV import isn't built in yet — for now, contacts are added one at a time from the Contactspage. If you have a list you'd like migrated, reach out via the form above and we'll help.
How do I send my first email blast?
First, connect a sending provider in Settings → Email Provider (SMTP, Brevo, or SendGrid) and create at least one template in Email Templates. Then open the Deals page and click Send Blast — pick the template, narrow by temperature / role / market, and send.
How do I invite team members?
Klosa is currently single-user per account. Multi-seat team support is on the roadmap — if it's blocking you, drop us a note above so we can prioritise it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Dashboard → Billing and click Manage subscription. That opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel at any time. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I change my password?
From the login page, click Forgot passwordand we'll email you a reset link. If you can't access the email on file, contact us above and we'll verify and reset it manually.
What's included in the free trial?
The full product, free for 30 days, no credit card required. Unlimited contacts, deals, tasks, email blasts — every feature on the paid plan. We'll remind you before the trial ends.
How do billing and pricing work?
One plan: $49/month or $470/year (about 2 months free on yearly). Billed through Stripe; cancel any time. See pricing for the full breakdown.
How do I set up my email provider?
Go to Settings → Email Provider. Pick SMTP, Brevo, or SendGrid, paste in your credentials, and save. Klosa uses your account to send — so deliverability and reputation stay with you. Credentials are encrypted at rest.
